Seaweed harvesting
A sunny day at the seaside. The traditional way of fertilising the gardens here is to use well rotted seaweed - kelp is best. Tricia filled a few bags at Ardvichar - difficult stuff to bag as the kelp stalks are about five foot long and tough. Smelly, full of flies and maggots are the other bonus. No wonder it is also a great spot for waders and gulls.
