Romanesco Brocolli.

I have taken some shots of this spectacular vegetable before, but at the time I was not a 'Blipper'

As well as it begs to be photographed which I could not resist, it is a lovely vegetable to eat.

It has a subtle taste and is very versatile in different ways of cooking.

I, personally like it lightly boiled, but still retains a slight crispiness when eaten. Lovely with loads of butter melted over it!! Healthy, perhaps not the butter though, but who cares with such a nice vegetable.
