Winter squash

I love squash. Butternut, spaghetti, pumpkin, acorn, buttercup. You can roast, steam, grill, boil, stuff, mash, puree, cube. It can be sweet or savoury. Everyone has a favourite. I think mine's spaghetti. Interesting texture .... slightly crunchy strands.
