Mississippi

A busy but successful day. I had two presentations to give to the operators and staff at this conference which went well. The second was after lunch after three days of classes so it was good to see people still engaged and interested.
The evening had an awards dinner with a wonderful after dinner speech by Rocky Bleier. I didn't know much about him before the speech but turn out he won the Superbowl 4 times in the 70's with the Pittsburg Steelers, However before that tremendous run, he almost didn't make the cut and then in his first season he was sent to Vietnam where he was badly shot up. He stayed in hospital for a few years and was told he may not walk again never mind play football. A charming chap. I had a chance to chat to him afterwards and even though shorter than me, he was wide with massive hands. Looking trim for a guy in his 70's. Shame I didn't have my camera with me.
These guys pictured were equally charming and were the chap is the operator of the winning water in the best tasting water competition for Mississippi.
