This is not a Viking burial...

On our stretch of beach when the tide is low you can walk all the way into the main village, skirting the volcanic mainland rock on white sand until it evens out to wide spans of algae and beach. Part of it seems Tto be the local mooring lace for the fisherman and on the shores you can watch the men fixing and building their dhows - boats. This we think is a new boat being tarred to ensure its waterproof (we're not sure but I think I read it somewhere once). Anyway, with magical scenes like this - who wants to go home?
