Part Puppy, Part Hitman

Since I've got back I definitely noticed a change in our JimBob (the pitbull).

He's drawn a line in the sand between people he likes and people he doesn't, and the latter list still includes cyclists but is no longer exclusive to cyclists. He just doesn't like some people - and he doesn't hide his displeasure either.

Generally you can see the person he's taken displeasure at because they are running down the road as fast as they can, or are talking to us through a window of a car, as has been happening.

But to other people (people he likes) he's just the sweetest puppy you can imagine.

It's not a pitbull thing either. Everyone will tell you that pits are bad animals, aggressive dogs, but they really aren't. They just seem to be the breed that is being bought by sub-humans at the moment. The same sub-humans who used to buy German Shepherds and Rottweilers years ago. Now they buy pit bulls and treat'em mean.

Heavan help us when they buy Chihauhaus and make them more mean.

A lot of people think pits are bred to be agressive. Wrong. They are bred to be fearless which is why they were used for fighting - they will happily fight with odds against them - and they'll win because other animals think they are crazy. There is a report of a pitbull in Colorado being attacked by 9 Coyotees. The pit killed all 9.

But JB is learning the trade of 'being a dog', so far he's learned a) protect the house b) hate idiots.

There are a couple of idiots we're having to deal with at the moment in the houses, and it's good for them to know that up front is a dog with big teeth. The more they see the teeth on my dog, the less ideas it gives them about entering our home one night.
