Sand Harbor

One of my favorite places on Lake Tahoe...full of happy memories!!
Yesterday there were even children swimming here, but this morning it was only about 40 degrees and close to freezing!

We always stop to climb around on the rocks here...not as much climbing as when we were young!! But still lots of fun and always outstandingly scenic!! I love the clarity of the water, and the size of the boulders!!

Today we drove the entire 70 plus miles around the lake, and there truly are postcard beautiful pictures in every mile!

We did a 2 mile hike above 7000 ft. in altitude around Spooner Lake...the colors were great, but Sand Harbor still is my favorite place!!
