A big toothy smile. He has actually whinged all day long, not very like him at all. My brain hurts from listening to it. Amelie had an okay day in the middle but woke up and had a meltdown and had one before bed. I think she isn't sleeping late enough or going to be early enough but I can't send her to bed at 6am can I?! I'm not really sure what the solution is. She seemed to have had a good day at nursery though. And she has done some nice playing today.

Both children are in bed and I'm about to watch bake off with Chris (he pretends he doesn't like it but I know he's a secret fan) whilst messaging Jan so we can discuss it.

< Edit - I'm not messaging Jan because she's disappeared and broken our Tuesday night ritual! Actually I'm going to bombard her with messages anyway with my opinions on everything. If you are reading this Jan, be warned! >
