Lota Creek #4

OK, I think I have done Lota Creek to death this week. It has been a good exercise though. I am feeling comfortable with my composition and going black and white has made me think in terms of tone and contrast. I went square on this one. It just didn't work as a portrait image.
It is a bit of a shame that I ran out of time today (again!). I was going to take my little baitcaster fishing rod and a lure and do half an hours fishing. Ah well, another day.
1/320th sec, F11, 200ISO, 85mm prime lens, Canon 350D.
I am planning to take my wife's 2 megapixel point and shoot camera next week to try something different.
