The great Fishguard bake-off

Son Huw was recruited to make dough for an event taking place in the old church hall where the huge bread oven has recently been installed. There were bowls full of it all over the kitchen last night.
The oven had to be fired up overnight so that it would be the right temperature for baking today, and the embers scraped out.
Here are some of the finished loaves that Huw and the baker have just removed from the oven - white, wholewheat and rye.
