Another kitchen disaster

I. Give. Up.

Got home after what has been a really really shitty week at work and tried a little therapeutic baking. I had such high hopes for this lemon loaf and to be fair it does actually taste divine. Just a shame it would not come out of the bloody tin in one piece. Not even two or three pieces either. About a billion pieces in fact. Grrrrrr. It's in the bin now. (Did have a taste though to check it's worth a second attempt!)

Am now in bed with a hot water bottle and a glass of wine (ousted from the living room due to football). So Rock and Roll!
