Over cooked

Story of my life lately. Made a cake the other day that took ages and ages to cook (still runny in the middle at twice the advised cooking time) but then I ended up taking it too far and it has ended up too dry :-(

This sour dough loaf looks ominous too but is actually very nice with butter and some oozy Brie!
