BRAND NEW

Decided to stop on my way home from the optometrist to photograph a patch of flowers growing on an empty lot. I parked the car and walked to a clear spot where I could also look back at the bay.
Streaking towards me was a motor boat going flat out. Then I saw these colourful bobbles in the bay, playful looking objects until I realized what I was looking at...shark nets. A first ever in this part of the world. The men in the boat were inspecting the net.
