Steve and I both had haircuts and brunch in Bruntsfield. Picked up kids early from nursery and headed for cake and playpark at Dobbies. Still incredibly cold, but lovely sunshine. Bought Laura yet another hanging basket for outside her house, which she will inevitably let die. Saw funny card today which said 'You know you're grown-up when all your house plants are alive but you can't smoke any of them'. Way to go, Laura.
