Eyes on the prize

Got a lovely wee prize from our favourite receptionist this morning, a wee locker token on a key ring to attach to my gym bag. All I want to do just now is run, Sunday really re-ignited a spark in me. Really believe that I am going to be able to do the Windermere marathon as long as I put in the miles in the feet and in the brain.
