Our friend lenora practices reflexology which is good for stroke patients. She gave me a session today and is coming back next week. It definitely helped the pain in my elbow.

My brother Alan arrived from USA this morning to stay with us. I had a nice surprise call from Biker Bear who was in Scotland today and came to visit. Thanks Ani! Great to see you.
