Dawn came to visit and to pick up a tripod that I had for her. Nice to meet another blipper.

Last night a neighbour turned up on the doorstep with some food for us, including butternut quash soup which we enjoyed for lunch today. I also had a haircut today which was long overdue.

I am continuing mobility exercises with the physios and making slow but steady progress.
