Sports Massage Night

As I am getting a bit old and rickety, I am finding a benefit from a chiropractor and a sports massage therapist. I had my sports massage appointment tonight, no blip in the bag yet, so this was it. An hour later and I feel like I have been beaten to a pulp. And I pay for this!!
