Thank you for all the well wishes and advise on yesterday's blip, they are all very much appreciated. Luckily today has been a day off work so I've spent all day on my back ( on the sofa ) with my leg raised and a bag of frozen peas on my ankle.

As you can see the swelling has reduced a bit on my ankle but has increased a bit on the rest of my foot as the bruising starts to come through. I've booked tomorrow off work ( only my fith day off on sick leave in 18 years ) as it's still blooming painful to walk on and I'd be on my feet all day at work.

As I've not left the house all day and this has been my view for most of it, today's blip is .....
