New Teapot

OK, it was new in the 1950's but it's new to me. Though, actually, it isn't new to me.

To my delight, while browsing through eBay, I came across a 'Stratford on Avon Aluminium Ware' teapot, the same as we had at home all those years ago. It has genuine Bakelite fittings and the short stubby spout (of which, many years ago, Mr Flum made disparaging remarks) doesn't drip. So I bought it and it arrived just before the weekend.

Each time I look at it I can't help smiling.
