Conkering Monday

A pretty uneventful Monday after all the fun of running in London yesterday. Thank you for all the comments on the photo.

A quick walk at lunchtime for me (Chris) and close to the office, if you find the right angle of view you can get a shot without buildings, street furniture or people down in amongst the trees. Amazingly, given we are so close to the town centre, the horse chesnuts have not been attacked for their crop of conkers and many of them were lying on the ground in amongst the leaves. I collected a few, mainly those still wrapped in a protective shell as they were the shiniest!

As I'm a glutton for punishment it was a running club efforts night tonight but I took it nice and easy!
