Following a great Baptismal service training for the upcoming Henley Half Marathon continued with a 12 mile run. In this weather it was a toughie and with no drink, by the end of it, I was on my knees. An hour before this was literally true when for the 1st time in 10 years of long distance running I tripped up and went flying in front of about 50 cars. I was mummy's big brave soldier & held back the tears...
