Changing colours

Had the opportunity for a walk over Richmond Park whilst J was at football training this morning. I always forget what a great place it is and such a treat so close. Really must remember to enjoy it more often.

Challenging day emotionally. Not being deliberately obtuse but not really much more to be said. Feels like there is a lot to be worked through and hopefully it won't all be this exhausting.
