Last Lake Swim of This Year.

Hi Tom It was my last swim in the lake this morning. In some ways I'm quite pleased because it is getting colder, it was 14 degrees today. In other ways I'll really miss it. You get talking to different people and they are all so nice. It certainly wakes me up on a Saturday morning as well. I think I'll still go swimming on Saturday mornings but at Riverside instead. I'll miss Kris who I have blipped here coaching me. He's so good. He said they will open up the lake two evenings as well as Saturday mornings next year which will be good. He also said he would put some relay teams into a few different events so that will give me something else to work for. Some of the people keep asking me to get involved in triathlons...can you imagine me doing that...I don't think so. Apart from that it's been a day of work. I was please with my little ones. They are only three and four years old but they are all swimming beautifully on their backs. They went off with a little badge today and were so pleased...it makes it all worth while. Hope Yellow Jackets have another win tonight....we will be routing for you. X
