Long frustrating day

It was one of those external assessments we are so used to having today, which meant a trip across to the North East of the country before heading back to Penrith. A long day and frankly a total waste of time! They should be testing our business systems to make sure we comply with the correct standards, they should be helping us improve, but when the assessors are clearly there to just tick a box and have no understanding of our business it turns into a very frustrating day!

After all that I had to make my way home, 6 hours later after an accident on the M6 and the M50 being shut, I finally made it home. This week is going to test my energy levels like never before.
