the backside...

...of a daisy

has a lot to offer us -

if we only look - gaze - appreciate it...

but do we? often we only glance upon the right-side of flowers - not just a daisy - all kinds of flowers/blossoms - they are the sides - of course - that lift their faces to the sun - offer up to us - their brilliance - to be observed - to be gloried in - after all... it isn't until you're laying on your back in the grasses - or have picked the flower, turned it over in your hand - you realize "oh, there is a back side" - an under-side - to the flower - to be appreciated - observed - the intricacies of beauty it has to offer - give to us - which we would totally miss - we don't want to miss out, do we? how much missing do we do every day?

today was a day i didn't want to miss out - on the backside of a daisy - on all the little designs and nuances which live there - in so doing - to share with you - so you won't miss out either - therefore creating a fullness of being for all of us - and ensuring it will be...
