Saffron Buns

Just a few bits and bobs to finish off for the book this weekend, including these. Which were extremely yum warm from the oven and slathered in butter :)

The mail order baking business is up and running as of today so a lot of my energies will be focused on that from here on in I guess. Exciting though.
