Late garden glory.

We certainly haven't been getting the best of the day on our morning walks. Misty again this morning and we ended up with the last 10 minutes in heavy rain. I drove us to,the next village for our walk and 4 wet people and a very damp dog make the car mist up very rapidly. I enjoyed the walk and the company but the weather doesn't lend it self to photography.

It is still amazingly warm which is no doubt why we are having all this mist.
The sun was out within an hour of our getting home and though it didn't last, the day remained dry.

So it was to the garden again for blip. This was my second choice yesterday. A remarkably fresh looking bloom on this hydrangea in contrast to the fading ones in the background. These are the ones we bought for the wedding to put outside the village hall so it is nice that they are still flowering.

A better weekend is forecast so I hope you all enjoy it.
