Turning

I love the red autumnal colours of this shrub - not sure what it is, but there's a few of them around the village. I'm sure it must confuse any remaining bees with its bright colour :-)

Had a walk along the local stream this afternoon, having been to Art this morning. I had decided to work more on my painting of the bird by the Murray river - it's still not finished as I'm adding in some of the reeds now. I am so much happier working on this than on the fiddly butterfly painting that I did last time!

It was sunny with gorgeous fresh smelling air this afternoon - I really enjoyed my walk :-)
