Foggy Sunrise

We woke to the mystery and beauty of the fog this morning. I was very happy to have the fog because the cool weather kept the bugs away. Yesterday the mosquitoes and flies were so bad that we couldn't sit in one place and we had to keep the fire going so the smoke would keep them away.

The fog was amazing to watch as it slowly rolled in and overtook the mountains. We were all surprised that it took so long to roll in. I woke at 8 before everyone came out of their tents and sat and watched it creep and crawl over the trees. Very intriguing and beautiful.
