In front of me on the road was not a safe place to be. And for anyone who followed me on my made up diversions, I can only apologise as I think I may have chosen the wrong option pretty much at every turn. I did though have the good sense to stop at a newly discovered shopping centre for a mooch, coffee and a massive stock up of cards before trying again to find a cut through. Who builds these modern developments? I lost half an hour to winding my way round Whiteley in circles to avoid the dreaded cul-de-sacs. And I do now know the area between work and home in much more detail. A 45 minute journey turned into almost 4 hours including my shop and 3 accidents. Vx
