Day 27

A largely uneventful day (save an incredibly engaging, yet frustrating discussion in one of my classes).

Caelie and I baked bread today. We were going to make a banana chocolate chip bourbon bread, but bourbon is (un)surprisingly expensive. Not to mention, neither of us would use it beyond the three tablespoons necessary for the recipe.

Some quick improvisations led us to making a banana chocolate chip hazelnut bread, instead. I'm hoping to drop some off for someone who lives on our street, but I haven't seen that person around for a while.
