One red berry...

Glowing colours on an early autumn walk along the river this morning, before a family trip to see Pete's Mum in the afternoon. She wanted to see Chris before he sets off on his travels, and to discuss arrangements for her funeral although there's nothing to indicate that it'll be anytime soon! Although it potentially sounded a bit morbid, it was actually a very happy and interesting few hours, filled with laughter. We found out a lot about her younger life while discussing what she would like included in her eulogy. The boys learnt a lot about their Grandma and she enjoyed recollecting all sorts of incidents that she thought she'd forgotten.We all came to the conclusion that she'd had a very busy and creative life. I can thoroughly recommend this activity and am quite looking forward to the next instalment!
