Listed?

I had to pop into Colchester this afternoon and decided to take my camera along.This funny old water tower stands on the road that used to be on the perimeter of the old Severalls psychiatric hospital. Most of the land has been sold now and there are houses all around. I guess that this may now be listed but I couldn't find out much about it.
