Out of the car at last!

All day on the road and we have arrived finally in Calais. Good to get down to the sea just as the sun was going down. A bit windy, but some nice light. These two were also enjoying the last rays of the sun.


Thank you so much for all your comments etc. on my last two blips - our travel north. The ex-convent was a delight to stay in and I will post some pictures of it at a later date. Access to wifi has been patchy whilst travelling, so I apologise for not having been around much. We set off for home tomorrow, with a little diversion to celebrate a birthday with a special little girl. I will catch up with everyone in a day or two, if not before.
