Shark Report

The first morning, as I woke in the hotel by LAX, i turned on the tv to catch up with what was happening in the world. I hit upon 'shark report' on the local news. There had been a couple of sea lions washed up missing large bite-sized chunks from themselves on the beach at Sabta Barbara. Naturally we headed up there later hoping for a macabre sighting of either the sea lions or something, but only found this sign. I remembered from the report that they had helicopter footage showing a great white in shallow water just off the coast from L.A. It looked like a giant grey torpedo.
