phew!

The day of rest?

Off on my bike just after 9, for a 20km cycle along the coast. Then a quick shower & lunch, before jumping in the car for the 45 minute drive to Musselburgh Racecourse.

After the 4:10 race, into Edinburgh for some food before the ice hockey at 6. Home just before 9.

12 hours non stop.

An iPhone isn't really the right tool to capture a bunch of racehorses as they thunder along, but it'll have to do.
