Throw Those Curtains Wide

Slept quite well in my lumpy bed on Friday night and woke before dawn to watch the scene unfold as the sky brightened to the East, the clouds turned pink and orange and the sun eventually made an appearance.

Sunrises have happened countless times to billions of eyes in millions of places, but they never fail to impress and are always a unique and personal experience.

We trekked back to the car and were home in time for late breakfast :o)
