Feels like summer.....

This weather is beautiful!!! And showing no signs of leaving us yet..... Been a good day today, got the little man up early for school (yes it's Saturday!) as he was part of a team competing in a maths tournament up at the private school near us. Then came back to take Amy to her match, my first one in so long as I'm normally working Saturdays. Well Heyside Angels won 3-0 yay!! And then while we were at McDonalds with the girls (team tradition after a win), Hayley rang to tell me Kai was home and his team had thrashed everyone, including the prestigious Hulme Grammar....massively proud of my little man, not bad for being a year younger than everyone else!! Came home to get ready and went for a meal with work peoples, sort of late leaving do for our boss, had a good natter with one of the girls who brought me home, we sat outside my house for over an hour putting the world to rights, felt good for us both to air some things after another crappy week......so all in all a very good day :)
