As an affordable and fun way to feed many guests, taco caterers are a good choice. Today this man was dishing out delicious tacos at my niece Loren's 1st birthday party. Choices included chicken, pork, lengua (beef tongue), and cabeza (beef head) with several salsas, cilantro and onions for garnish. I finally stopped after my 7th taco.
