Trossachs 10K

The Trossachs 10K happened this morning.

Proceeds from the race were for Rainbow Valley, a fairly new charity. Previously the race was for the Anthony Nolan Trust.

As usual the race was started by the chef from The Forth Inn though this year he wasn't wearing his chef's hat.

Pretty sure there wasn't as many runners as in previous years.

Fantastic Mr Fox returned to the window around 7.30pm to taunt Roxy again
