Bramble Gin

The brambles are still out there and must be picked.

They are in abundance this year and so big and juicy. I have made bramble jelly that we are eating just now and have more brambles in the freezer to make more jelly when this batch is finished.

On my dog walk yesterday there was even more ripe and ready for picking. Couldn't resist. So, brought them home and remembered Lindiloo had made bramble gin. So, bought a little bottle of gin this morning to give it a try.

I googled this recipe and think it will actually be more of a bramble liqueur.
