Bowling

Last night I went out with my "host family," a family of 4 who I was matched up with a year and half ago to do activities or just hang out with. I hadn't seen then in almost a year. The two girls, now 12 and 14 are taller than me now!

We went bowling and to some batting cages. I am not a particularly good bowler but it wasn't my worst game ever. A fun fact is that bowling was introduced to Japan via Nagasaki port on June 22, 1861. So if you going bowling on June 22, you get a free game or at least a discount at most bowling alleys in Japan.
