Sun down

It is supposed to be my Friday today, but I had an urgent referral come through that I've been asked to see tomorrow. Nice to be wanted!

I don't know which way is up at the moment. Just so busy, and still feel so new at my job with all that I'm learning. I've never felt like such a newbie for so long!
