BEES on LAVENDER

Once the spring-blooming flowers were finished, the bees and butterflies didn’t have much reason to come to my garden, so I bought some additional plants that bloom late summer and fall. I was so glad to see these bumblebees found the lavender already, so that means they haven’t all left for greener pastures. I hesitated to post yet another bee-on-flower blip, but it won’t be long before there won’t be any bees around. It’s been a busy day so this is my choice for today.
