Been on the go all day, including speaking at Cornhill Training Course all afternoon up in London. Only home for a quick bite to eat before speaking at a Men's Meeting at Church. While going through my notes my lovely wife brought me a cup of tea in one of my favourite mugs. She knows the way to my heart after 24 years.
