Amphibious sheep

We camped on the 20th at Carinish on the Isle of North Uist. It was another lovely site, right by the sea. When the tide was out I saw these sheep scampering across the wet sands onto a very small grassy island, no more than 50m across. Later we saw them happily grazing there, cut off by the incoming tide. In the morning they had gone, so had obviously come back to the mainland in the night when the tide went out again.
