Can grow old here; Waiting in the Drs this morning before going in to see the nurse. My cholesterol has dropped from 8 to 7.5 (but so has the good cholesterol; it was 1.2 and is now 1.1) and I've lost half a stone - which actually means I've put on a bit since last week, as I'd lost more than that.

Anyway result is, will be monitored again in a couple of years because of my age I'm not a huge risk factor at the moment, but have to carry on doing what I'm doing to keep everything going in the right direction.

Thankfully no statins.

P.S. And no you don't have a scratch on your screen, it's just me trying to make the photo appear old because of the time I had to wait to see the nurse.
