Where are we?

He's indoors, so the shades don't seem to be required. We are away for a few days' holiday; can't say where in case it spoils the "where am I?" photo game. Food, service, surroundings all faultless as on our previous visits. Today's clue: Churchill and Eisenhower had a secret meeting here during WWII.
