Nature's symmetry

Natural symmetry is a constant marvel to me. I read somewhere that it's all to do with nature guiding growth along the lines of greatest structural efficiency.

Efficiency. Now that's something I could do with more of.

My long-deceased English grammar teacher would expire all over again if she could read that last sentence!
